Connecting you and a deck through three lenses
1. Function → play style
Your leading function (+Ne-p, -Ti-c, etc.) defines what kind of board control suits you. E.g. Se-leading = "power and initiative" = aggro/ramp; Ni-leading = "reading the flow" = endurance/control.
2. Temperament & Q/D → pacing
The four temperaments (Flexible-Maneuvering, Receptive-Adaptive, Linear-Assertive, Balanced-Stable) set the tempo of the match, and Q/D (Questioning / Declaring) decides whether you keep your options open or narrow down to a single win condition.
3. Color → strategic color
Red = rush, Green = control, Blue = parry, Purple = acceleration, Black = removal, Yellow = endurance. Each type has the color tendencies it naturally gravitates toward.
Multiplying these three layers, we score the compatibility of 111 leaders × 32 types and recommend the top results. For details, see §3 Mapping Logic in the type compendium.
What is Model K ── a 32-type personality structure
A personality-structure theory that inherits the 16-type framework of classical Socionics (SPR theory) while introducing an original Q/D axis to expand it to 32 types. Systematized by the Socionics Association of Japan (Representative Director: Kotaro Katsuyama).
